Learn to Brew Kombucha
An introduction to the process of fermentation with an overview of ingredients, equipment, best practices and food safety, with a hands-on demonstration of the Kombucha making process. Attendees will each get to make their own batch of Kombucha to take home. Please bring a 1 litre glass jar if possible.
Cost: Free with suggested donation of $10. No one will be turned away because of luck of funds. Proceeds will go to One Straw Society to cover event costs and support future offerings.

Brenna has been hobby fermenting for several years and now owns the craft vinegar company, Little Vinegar, as well as making commercial Kombucha for breweries.
