Our Community Growing Spaces

One Tiny Farm Food Hub

3146 Beach Ave, Roberts Creek (Behind the Gumboot Restaurant)

One Tiny Farm is a community space, a bounty of food gardens and greenhouses, but also a stage for regenerative practices, and a place for feasts, gatherings, learning, children, and neighbours.

Sechelt Streetside Garden

Ocean Ave, from Cowrie to Dolphin St. in Sechelt

This is a 2-block long, street-side, free-to-harvest permaculture garden full of perennial berries, herbs and flowers. This urban garden is a busy home base for David Suzuki’s Butterfly Way project (pollinator meadows) in partnership with the Sechelt Rotary Club, and often hosts workshops and community work parties.

Our Mothers' Garden: Medicinal Plant Circle

3146 Beach Ave, Roberts Creek (behind the Gumboot Restaurant)

A tranquil hideaway of medicinal plants, full of nature’s timeless remedies and soothing wellness for all. Home base for learning, exploring, workshops, grief circles, meditation, healing conversations and reconciliation. Seats up to 18 on benches in a circle.

Children's Garden (aka "BFFs" - Budding Future Farmers)

3146 Beach Ave, Roberts Creek (at One Tiny Farm Food Hub)

A garden run by children, their families and their teachers with Roberts Creek Childcare Society – a sweet space to connect children to where their food comes from. Growing raspberries, flowers, bean tents, and other yummy treats, this garden acts as a hub for preschool programs, after-school programs (age 5-11), and summer daycamps.
